The Group currently consists of three companies that are run independently of each other. Each company consists of an executive management team headed by a Managing Director who reports to the corporate Group Managing Director (GMD).

The GMD has oversite function of all the subsidiaries by providing legal, internal audit, accounts, ITC and financing functions at a corporate level. The GMD reports to the Board of Directors who govern the affairs of the group according to a strict governance and compliance framework.
